Within the three coordination packages, the three planning meetings will entail:

A one-hour planning meeting to get to know you all as a couple, learn the venue and key stakeholders, create your timeline, discuss vendor recommendations as needed, and offer our two-sense in your planning process, usually 2-3 months out.

A one-hour planning meeting, usually one month out, to have all the information we need to make sure your day is a success! We discuss the final floor plan and timeline (and other details as needed) during this meeting. This meeting is usually a venue walkthrough if this meeting is required to be in-person.

A one-hour touch base meeting the week before the wedding to tie up any loose ends and prepare everyone for your big day! We usually talk your plan for decor and set up / other key logistics as needed during this time. We send an introductory email to all vendors introducing the lead coordinator this week, sharing the day’s timeline, floor plan(s), and other important details with everyone.
